Write from the email address you use for JobsPuzzle, so we can find your account. In the app, the Feedback button at the top of the page opens this email for you.
What to include
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Which page or job it happened on. A screenshot helps most.
- Whether you used the website or the app, and on which phone or computer.
Report a fake or wrong job
You can report a listing straight from its job card:
- Office jobs (Pro mode): tap ⋯ on the job card, then Report: not a real job.
- Hands-on jobs (Worker mode): tap ⚠ Report fake on the job card.
Reports come to us for review. One report does not remove a job for everyone, so nobody can hide real jobs from other people.
Cancel a plan
Cancel where you paid:
- Paid on the website: Sign in, tap the ⭐ plan button at the top of the page, then tap Manage subscription.
- Paid in the iPhone app: Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, pick JobsPuzzle and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Paid in the Android app: Open Subscriptions in the Google Play app, pick JobsPuzzle and tap Cancel subscription.
