Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your profile, CV, applications, and generated letters are all removed.
Delete from inside the app or website
- Sign in to JobsPuzzle (app or jobspuzzle.com).
- Open your Profile page from the dashboard menu.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion when asked.
Or request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email support@jobspuzzle.com from the email address your account is registered with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm and process the request.
What is deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile (name, contact details, photo, skills, preferences)
- Your uploaded CV and its parsed contents
- Your application history, generated cover letters, and interview-prep data
- Feature-usage counters linked to your account
Retention
All of the above is removed within 30 days of your request. We do not keep any additional copies beyond standard encrypted backups, which expire on their own rotation schedule. Payment records (if you had a paid plan) are retained only where required by tax and accounting law.
