“72h” means during the 3-day free trial. “Always” means it stays free after the trial ends.
Questions
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Create an account and everything is unlocked for 72 hours. There is no card to enter and nothing to cancel.
What happens when the trial ends?
You can still browse and search jobs, build and download your CV, and use the interview reply templates and practice questions. Applying and the AI tools lock until you choose a plan.
Worker or Full?
Worker is for hands-on jobs: drivers, kitchen, retail, construction, warehouse. It unlocks applying, employer phone and email, and WhatsApp apply. It has no AI tools.
Full is for office jobs. It has everything in Worker, plus 15 AI cover letters and 15 tailored CVs a day, interview practice with AI answers, and the CV mistake scanner.
Is there a limit on how many jobs I apply to?
You set it yourself in Job preferences, up to 50 applications a day. The AI tools have their own daily limits: 15 cover letters and 15 tailored CVs a day on Full, and 3 of each a day during the trial.
Can I pay inside the app?
Yes. In the iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google handles the payment and the subscription, and shows the price in your currency before you confirm.
How do I cancel?
Cancel where you paid:
- Paid on the website: Sign in, tap the ⭐ plan button at the top of the page, then tap Manage subscription.
- Paid in the iPhone app: Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, pick JobsPuzzle and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Paid in the Android app: Open Subscriptions in the Google Play app, pick JobsPuzzle and tap Cancel subscription.
